The short answer is NO. I tried Discover card in many places, but it was rarely accepted. In my memory, only UNIQLO Gae Aulenti in Milan accepted my Discover card. Interestingly the UNIQLO close to DUOMO didn’t accept. I feel there’s another place I got success, but I don’t remember the shop name.
Even the shop that says accept Diner, didn’t accept Discover. After a while, I just gave up on trying. Anyway I am not sure whether the currency exchange rate of EUR-DOLLAR is good or not.
